A leading provider in the senior housing industry, is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to join our team. This remote position offers flexibility with ideal locations including Chicago and Tampa.
As Senior Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our national and regional brands across the Eastern US. You'll collaborate closely with DSL Marketing leadership to drive community lead generation and conversion efforts, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of quarterly/annual marketing plans, leveraging market research to inform strategy and achieve lead generation goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor on Eastern US brand marketing initiatives, analyzing competitive landscapes and identifying market opportunities.
Oversee budget management, monthly performance analysis, and reporting to optimize ROI.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Digital Support, and Marketing Communications to support occupancy objectives and enhance brand awareness.
Manage Division Marketing Managers in executing marketing collateral, digital strategies, and community communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in strategic marketing roles.
Experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or similar industries preferred.
Proven track record in lead generation and ROI analysis.
Strong budget management skills and proficiency in CRM software.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for building collaborative relationships.
