Social Media Marketing Manager

A startup skincare client is seeking a versatile Social Media Marketing Manager to join their team with a goal of creating innovative and successful strategies for content across various channels. Our client is focused on offering regenerative cosmetics with clinically proven science to promote healthier looking skin!

The role is:

Hybrid in NY or remote for the right candidate

20-25 hours/week - Temp to hire

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement strategies for social media content
• Manage content calendar and organize schedules
• Write engaging captions, emails, and SMS messages
• Organize photoshoot campaigns
• Oversee email and SMS initiatives on Klaviyo
• Build and strengthen relationships with influencers and content creators

Qualifications:

• Must have innate understanding of brand marketing (within advanced skincare and biotechnology are a HUGE plus)
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
• Skilled in Klaviyo
• Exceptional communication skills
• Organized and adept in juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing them effectively
• Dedication, inventive, collaborative, and enthusiastic
