Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
Key Accountabilities:
- Author .com Marketing Campaigns and having full ownership of the final delivery, including QA
- Publish marketing site content, including brand campaigns, region-specific requests, shipping banners, SEO updates and campaign optimizations
- Have an in depth understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring capabilities to identify the most effective and efficient way to author and publish content
- Partnering with Project Management to escalate any launch date concerns
- Partner regularly with key stakeholders from the Creative team, Site Content and Project Management to meet/manage project deadlines and/or develop/implement process improvement solutions
- Manage end-to-end production asset delivery handoff process with Creative Team
- Manage the DAM, including organizing, storing and retrieving rich media of .com marketing campaigns
- Present final campaign layouts and demonstrate functionality of newly released components or enhancements to the Creative team & key stakeholders
- Responsible for managing and editing pages based on cross-functional user review and implementing the feedback for each given project before go-live
- Conducting thorough QA of site content to ensure a high-quality client experience across mobile and desktop
- Responsible for ensuring a high-quality user experience on all Tiffany.com sites
- 1-2 years of work experience in Ecommerce/ Website Operations/ Digital Marketing
- 1+ years of experience working with Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) and authoring tools, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented self-starter with excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High-performing individual contributor and team contributor
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
- Experience with project management tools, preferably Wrike
- Experience working in graphic design with impeccable attention to detail is a plus
- HTML editing experience is a plus
