V.P. of Strategic Alliances:
Our client is an innovative software company dedicated to transforming the healthcare industry through innovative AI solutions.
They are seeking an exceptional VP of Sales to drive revenue growth by selling their AI healthcare solutions into enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role that requires a proven track record of success in hunting and closing deals with large organizations. The ideal candidate is a dynamic strategic thinker with a strong network in the healthcare industry at the C level and has a deep understanding of AI and healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage enterprise accounts to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and present customized solutions to meet client requirements.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiations and contract management.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful C Suite sales experience in healthcare technology.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex software solutions into enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications in healthcare.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
