Cazador is the Spanish word for “Hunter”. So, what is the significance of that for me? First of all, the definition of “hunter” is “one who engages in the chase” or “one that searches for something.” Hunters use SKILL in locating what they are searching for. They learn everything there is to know about what they are seeking: habitat, preferences, what entices it. They then use this knowledge to seek out, focus on, and procure their target. How does this relate to staffing? At Cazador Consulting Group we are experts at what we do.
