Emily in Paris is strutting back into the limelight, and romance is in the air.

The last time viewers saw heroine Emily Cooper (Lily Collins), her heart was pulling her in two directions: toward “le chef hot,” Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), and suspender-sporting Alfie (Lucien Laviscount). But now that Season 3 has premiered, it’s clear everyone’s love life has gotten shaken up. Two new cast members are leading the charge.

Raise your Champére magnums to newcomer stars Paul Forman and Melia Kreiling. Is your screen fogging yet?

Forman — whom you may have seen in The Spanish Princess or Frank of Ireland — plays Nicolas de Léon, the latest dreamy business scion to fall into the laps of Emily and her pals (move over Mathieu Cadault). Nicolas leads a charmed life as the crown prince of his family’s powerful conglomerate, JVMA. Yet the dashing exec is desperate to prove himself as more than a nepotism baby under the crushing pressure of the de Léons’ famous wealth and status.

Unsurprisingly, Nicolas is exactly the kind of person a go-getter like Emily would love to work with. But it’s his connection to Emily’s BFF Mindy (Ashley Park) that draws him squarely into the Emily in Paris drama. Although Mindy is happy in Season 3 with boyfriend Benoît, she can’t ignore her pull toward old school chum Nicolas.

“We see Mindy now with somebody who knows her old self,” Park told Netflix. “Maybe there’s a level of comfort there, but also a level of, ‘This person knows me this way. And now I have this other vision of myself and this other woman that I’ve become. And how do I marry the two?’”

Meanwhile, Kreiling comes to Emily in Paris from The Borgias and Filthy Rich. Sofia is a Greek artist who enters the Emily in Paris fold to unveil her latest show at Camille’s (Camille Razat) gallery. Sofia’s time in the City of Love takes an unexpected turn when her interest in Camille turns a little more than professional.

Razat explains that Camille must feel a “certain amount of admiration” toward a creative as talented (and “beautiful”) as Sofia. “What she likes in Sofia is that she’s handling things,” Razat continues. “Sofia is the boss for once, because Camille is always the boss of the situation — always. And for once, Sofia is leading her.”

Tune in to Emily in Paris Season 3 to find out which side of these love triangles will win the ultimate battle — the one for love.
