alex R I have to disagree with so many people calling this film boring. They’ve been brainwashed by movies like the conjuring films to think that a scary movie must have 50 jumpscares a second in order to be entertaining. I love the conjuring movies, but this movie is genuinely a breath of fresh air from the jumpscare trope modern horror films have been facing. The plot is not Dune levels of complex or anything, but it’s still a very enjoyable, stand alone film. Don’t go into this film expecting crazy cgi demons or intense exorcisms. It’s very practical. Open up to the idea of great/creepy storytelling with no big budget final demon showdown where the walls are shaking while a priest banishes an evil spirit back to hell. Watch it in the dark, late at night for an immersive experience. That’s what I like to do for horror movies. TLDR; great film, worth a watch Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/13/24 Full Review Julia R Utter rubbish! Probably one of the worst films I have EVER seen. Completely pointless! Don't waste your time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 07/09/24 Full Review babarizam D She could have gone to the church. In every horror movie, cross, holy water and church works against evil spirit. David should have known better. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 07/08/24 Full Review susy l Loved this movie!! One of the best suspenseful, horror movies I've seen in a long time. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/08/24 Full Review Audience Member I don't understand why this movie has so many good reviews... I can guarantee you can live your life perfectly well not having watched this piece of "art". Please, find something else, for your own sake, and for my sanity, please lower these numbers :( Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 07/07/24 Full Review Jeremy F This was the worst movie I have ever seen in my life. My life. It bears repeating. The plot is all over the place, there is no coherent theme. I wouldn’t consider this horror, thriller, suspense other than literally one jump scare scene that was sub par. I am very curious why this has anything above a 3% rating. Is it the nudity? Horrible.
