Casey P Best of the Franchise by a mile Two Complaints though 1 should have used Moneyball theme at some point 2 And could have used Mel Gibson in some role Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/08/23 Full Review Movie C Well, hey, "Major League: Back To The Minors" was not the greatest movie ever made. Well, geez, was that expected? Sure, yes it was! This movie was just a not-so-good spinoff of the original movie. Sure, Scott Bakula is really funny in this movie, but he is one of the few high points. The whole plot is just troubled. A Minor League Team playing a Major League Team?! How does that happen?! I mean, I can tell the producers wanted to put in some creativity, but it went a little bit too far. Honestly, this movie, I would award a 4/10 stars to. I would award 10/10 stars for the original "Major League", and I would award 7/10 stars to "Major League II". If you want a comedy filled with slapstick and boring jokes, with a plot not even plausible, but with some funny moments (especially with Scott Bakula, I admire him), "Major League: Back To The Minors" could be the comedy for you! Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Should have stopped after the first two Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 12/12/22 Full Review Audience Member Just completing collections, nothing to see here. This would be rated even lower if there wasn't a slight nostalgia factor with some of the returning characters, I'm looking at you Taka and Harry Doyle. I also enjoyed seeing a young Walton Goggins as the star player and Scott Bakula as the coach. The third installment in the Major League franchise is the least funny, delivering the most cliched plot and dialogue of the three, but still features Ted McGinley, so there is that. 3.5/10 Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member While it doesn't live up to the original, it certainly blows it's predecessor out of the water. The franchise allows humor to be the primary tone again since '89 and is not always inaccurate when depicting low-level minor ball environments Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie shouldn't exist. It's just an awful movie. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Read all reviews
