Logan D Mary Godwin falls in love with Percy Bysshe Shelley and eventually writes the masterpiece that secures her in history. Mary Shelley certainly had a more interesting life than this film shows. Elle Fanning delivers an impressive performance as Mary and the period details are fine. The characters just aren't explored as well as they should have been.
