Robert Levin Newsday It's an hour-and-a-half that feels like a decade, so you're left desperately searching for something to end the misery. Rated: 0/4 May 21, 2024 Full Review Marah Eakin Chicago Reader Netflix’s newest rom-com is middling and mindless. May 13, 2024 Full Review Tim Robey Daily Telegraph (UK) The film's match-making subtlety, let's say, is some way short of Jane Austen level. Rated: 2/5 May 9, 2024 Full Review Susan Granger SSG Syndicate This flimsy, forgettable rom-com is populated by superficially 'pretty people' - bland, underdeveloped stereotypes - and each shallow, awkward scene is more predictable than the one preceding it. Rated: 3/10 Jul 27, 2024 Full Review Archi Sengupta LeisureByte.com This movie is an embarrassingly silly and cringy watch with no soul or substance. Rated: 1.5/5 Jul 4, 2024 Full Review Mini Anthikad-Chhibber The Hindu Brooke Shields powers this movie featuring a destination wedding in Phuket, with attendant floaty resort wear, skinny-dipping, old college friends and second chances Jun 9, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Beth E I know this movie doesn’t have the best reviews, but I liked it. It reminded me of a Hallmark movie. Predictable? Yes. Acting? Ok, but not fantastic. Does it require you to suspend your idea of reality? Yeah, probably. But it was sweet and charming with some good mother/daughter moments which I am a sucker for and a happy ending that is tied up neatly with a bow. If you like low-stress, PG but charming rom-coms, you would enjoy this movie. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/10/24 Full Review Finn B -Spoilers- This movie would be at least watchable if at the end Lana and Will had not decided to get married, I spent some time researching this and supposedly there is no clear cut decision on wether you can marry your "Co-Parent-In-Law" but something about it definately feels wrong. This movie also includes well overused plot points and is best not to waste your time on. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/08/24 Full Review Sonia S I never ever write reviews BUT what is going on with the the horrible acting?!?! These are very seasoned actors which was what drew me in. Ricky from "my so called life" what?!!? I can't get down with the forced acting though. So bad. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/06/24 Full Review Diana B Most painful half an hour of my life, so cliché and senseless. Such a bad actress, I feel sorry for the rest of the cast Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/04/24 Full Review Maisie B After watching 30 minutes of this movie my friends and I had to go onto rotten tomatoes to see if the reviews matched our own experience of the movie. 13% is ridiculously generous for this movie. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/02/24 Full Review Faith H It was painful to watch. There were some (possibly?) cute tropes in there, but they were not executed well and the entire movie is incredibly cringy. Some parts of the film were downright horrifying: the social media and livestreaming the wedding, getting the parents together (making it feel like incest), and truly awful writing. All the parts that did not make me want to vomit were entirely forgettable. If you want to waste an hour and a half of your life, go for it! Otherwise, pick literally any other movie. It will be better than this one. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 07/31/24 Full Review Read all reviews
