Todd McCarthy Variety Sympathetic performances from Danny Glover and Matt Dillon somewhat compensate for the mildness of the material, but can't disguise the fact that the film has very little to say about a major societal problem. Mar 26, 2009 Full Review Derek Adams Time Out Though something of a failure in its own terms, this social-conscience movie does produce a strong emotional tug... Feb 9, 2006 Full Review Janet Maslin New York Times Whatever its shortcomings, The Saint of Fort Washington takes its subject very seriously, in ways that no audience can fail to find wrenchingly sad. Rated: 3/4 May 20, 2003 Full Review Quentin Curtis Independent on Sunday Dillon has never been better than in this undemonstrative role. Dec 7, 2017 Full Review Lori Hoffman Atlantic City Weekly Rated: 3/5 Mar 16, 2007 Full Review Emanuel Levy EmanuelLevy.Com Masquerading as a social problem film about the homeless, this is a rather conventional male-buddy Hollywood movie, but the acting of Danny Glover and Matt Dillon is good. Arildo R Uma dos maiores diamantes perdidos dos anos 90. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/17/24 Full Review kester h Brilliant , very touching Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member What a great movie. About friendship, love, humility, struggle, survival, homelessness, miracles. A movie that will make you cry, and make you want to end homelessness forever. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review william s Uplifting and heartbreaking well acted movie that has heart and a much needed soul. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Saw this movie when it first aired....still have it on VHS....and have never forgotten the impact on me. Amazing movie. Well-played and memorable. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Realidade e ficção se misturam nesse conto contemporâneo com claras referências bíblicas. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Read all reviews
