Jonathan Romney Financial Times The film would seem to tread overfamiliar comedy-drama territory, if not for this streak of the bizarre, and for Lambert’s eccentrically heightened visual style. Rated: 3/5 Apr 22, 2024 Full Review Wendy Ide Observer (UK) This angular, acutely perceptive little film is a comedy in the most melancholy of minor keys. Rated: 4/5 Apr 21, 2024 Full Review Robbie Collin Daily Telegraph (UK) It’s largely thanks to Ridley’s finely judged performance that this all works quite as well as it does. Rated: 4/5 Apr 20, 2024 Full Review Diego Batlle Otroscines.com A story constructed without haste and with welcome arrests of tenderness and empathy that demands patience but ends up bearing fruit. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 3.5/5 Aug 7, 2024 Full Review Jack Martin Film Feeder Being open and honest with people about your inner thoughts can be more helpful than you may think... and even if the film surrounding such a message is perhaps too subtle to where it’s near subliminal, it’s a powerful thing to take away from it. Rated: 3/5 Aug 5, 2024 Full Review Abe Friedtanzer Cinema Daily US Sometimes I Think About Dying succeeds at being endearing and uncomplicated, spending some sincerely entertaining time with its two protagonists as they navigate something resembling a social or romantic relationship. Aaron This movie made me feel not so alone in the world. To have a movie feel like it’s simply a slice of your life is so special. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/14/24 Full Review Carl B Beautiful scenery and quirky characters Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/14/24 Full Review Engel It's a really intimate movie... I know some people are going to label it as boring because it's slow paced and it doesn't really have a soundtrack so it's mostly quiet with just dialog and some low sounding music in some scenes... But I loved it,,, I think there's a lot of like Fran who are misunderstood by their quiet demeanor and lack need to share everything about themselves with everyone they meet right away... I think people like that just need time and they'll open up.. I just wanted the movie to be a little longer to see her character grow a little more.. Good Movie... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/09/24 Full Review Doug M. One of the most pointlessly boring movies you will ever watch. The story is as monotonous as the characters. Avoid. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/24 Full Review Skip it I was happy to support an independent film that I thought would have been more thought provoking and interesting. I kinda liked it a little, but it was a superficial scratch on a very complex topic. In an effort to learn more about it, I tried to talk to the director after the q&a but they acted like I was bothering them and gave a very curt response to a quick question. If someone pays money to see your independent film in this day and age just fake some appreciation in the least (especially if your film is boring and niche) and dont have a q&a. Not worth the money. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/29/24 Full Review Vova C Дуже цікаво режисер виділяє психофізику персонажів. Ось це от розчісування волосся, покусування губ, ноги під столом. Мова тіла дуже вразила. Ну і звісно Daisy Ridley! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/20/24 Full Review Read all reviews
