They shot scenes that were true to form of locations shown, the bus was a real bus line, movie theaters were real theaters that we went to, and the music was what was listened to during that period of time. You have to be of a certain age group to appreciate it for the authenticity of these things. I also liked the way it ended showing the ice cream parlor where the television show ended which is a real location also. James Gandolfini's son was very good as a teenage Tony Soprano as was the portrayal of Frank Lucas from the time. I was happy to be able to go back into a movie theater even wearing a mask and social distancing done after not being able to for a whole year and several months.
