Andrew is learning that first hand as he experiences the nightmare that is growing up in this animated series geared toward adults. Along for the ride are friends Nick and Jessi, who develop a budding romance along the way. Jourdain Searles Bitch Media One of the most even-handed portraits of adolescent puberty. Feb 5, 2019 Full Review Sara Fredman Slate Alongside its laugh-out-loud vulgarity, what makes Big Mouth's take on the physical and emotional crucible of puberty unique is its clever use of personification. Dec 28, 2018 Full Review A. Cydney Hayes Entertainment Weekly Nearly all of Big Mouth's main characters are multi-dimensional in all ways except their animation, but season 2 reveals Jessi to be possibly the most substantive. Rated: A- Oct 16, 2018 Full Review Joey Moser Awards Daily Puberty is hell, and it sucks for everyone. The least thing we can do to soften the ugliness is add a little humor to make it a little more bearable. Oct 30, 2019 Full Review Nicolás Delgadillo Cultured Vultures Its ability to teach uncomfortable lessons about sex in a wildly entertaining way is impressive. Oct 9, 2019 Full Review Karen Rought Hypable If you're worried that Big Mouth season 2 wouldn't live up to season 1's brilliance, you can rest easy. The second installment of the show is bigger, better, and bolder than anything that has come before it. Feb 28, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews

Truman S One of the best, if not the best season in Big Mouth, with each episode accurately addressing major problems in kids lives growing up. I especially related to the Shame Wizard, who was probably the best villain of the show. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 06/04/24 Full Review Jonatn H The second season of this series was funny too. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Sarimax Somehow even worse than the first season with everything they show on screen. the awful art style has not improved. The story is marginally better, but hardly makes up for everything else it has done terribly. The humor is also somehow downgraded from the first season, which was awful in the first place. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review tim o Season 2 was still pretty solid and focused on the mid-puberty gross-out humor that made it a hilarious must watch for my wife & I in season 1. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Matthew M Was definitely excited by another season and not let down. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 11/21/22 Full Review MatBrownie this tv show sucks, bad comedy, gross sequences, annoying characters, ugly animation, boring, garbage political takes. Literally has nothing going for it Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/19/22 Full Review Read all reviews
