Suddenly Karen and Scott are filthy rich? How'd that happen? Nikki is so big that I thought maybe she is pregnant IRL. By searching that, I found out that Rafe Spall and Smith have left their respective spouses and are now together in real life. For me that also reduced the feel-good aspect a bit.
