“Euphoria” Star Angus Cloud Looks So Different Without His Beard — See Photos

Angus Cloud was an unknown when he was cast as Rue's friend and dealer Fezco on HBO's Euphoria, but he made such an impact in the first season that he became one of the most beloved characters on the TV drama. Fez's big heart isn't the only thing that makes him so recognizable; his signature red beard is another hallmark of the character, but without it, Angus Cloud looks almost unrecognizable.

The star just shared a clean-shaven selfie and we can barely recognize our beloved Fezco in the pic! His eyes are hidden by a pair of sunglasses, too, so if this pic didn't come from Angus's account, we truly wouldn't know it was him. (Side note: What is that cream knit shirt you're wearing, Angus?)

Angus has been very active on Twitter lately, live-tweeting each episode of Euphoria as it airs and sharing his reactions to the show's often-twisted, tortured plotlines. The beardless selfie came at the tail end of his Twitter recap of episode five and fans were all about the look; some even shared memes of the show's latest ship, Fezco and Lexi, in response to Angus's pic.

We've gotten more Fez content throughout season two; the show began with a cold open about Fezco's life growing up with his grandma and adopted brother Ashtray, and he may be starting a romance with Maude Apatow's character Lexi. (Or, at least, we all hope so!) We also enjoyed quite the red carpet moment from Angus at the season two premiere event when he attended in a bright orange Versace suit. While Fezco's wardrobe may be mostly hoodies and sweaters, Angus himself seems to have an interest in fashion, posing for brands like Fila and GAP. 

Is his clean-shaven look hinting at a new campaign or shoot? We'll have to wait and see — and after the most recent episode of Euphoria, we need a little fun and lightness in our lives.
