All Features and Benefits of the EI Basic: The EI Professional provides access to all features and benefits available today on the complementary EI Basic including solar monitoring and control capabilities, from single module and equipment to the entire system. The EI Professional, similar to the EI Basic, offers health status, PV/AC Production, Grid Export/Import, Battery Charge/Discharge and Consumption data. Furthermore, EI Professional is tailored with additional features and benefits at the solar portfolio and individual system-level, to streamline the operation and maintenance activities of solar professionals, managing large or small portfolios of solar installations.

Centralized Multi-System Installer Access: Universal Monitoring. Monitor all your solar systems with a single login, regardless of the credentials used for setup, by easily defining an organization and adding all managed installations to your company.

All Systems View - Comprehensive Portfolio Data in One Glance: Obtain a comprehensive overview of all your solar installations on a single screen, including their health status, actual generated energy, expected energy, the list of underperforming sites depicted in percentages and colors, local weather, equipment details, commissioning status, and location information. All Systems View simplifies next decisions by acting as a launch point for further drill down.​

Status Page - Equipment Health Status & Info View Enhanced comprehensive equipment health status & info, down to the individual modules on the dedicated Status view. Status identifies critical or misbehaving devices quickly down to the module level​ enabling swift issue identification and resolution.

  • Equipment Health: Healthy, Warning, Critical Condition
  • Equipment Info: Type, Volume, Brand, Model, ID, Configuration  

History Page - History of Events Since Inception Inspect on History Page, the list of all critical events, warnings, and manual activities at each site from the inception. View a history of both physical ​changes (e.g. swapping a module) or ​alerted events for a streamlined root cause analysis.

Integrated Real-Time Messaging Tool:  Facilitates seamless real-time interaction and knowledge exchange among stakeholders overseeing a solar installation through our integrated collaboration Tool. Send and receive messages in real-time regarding a solar site using the “Note” Feature of the History Page.

Integrated Support Ticket and RMA Tool: Initiating RMA & direct support tickets to Tigo using the EI Portal. Swift contact with Tigo when help is needed with the integrated RMA initiation tool. Open direct support tickets to Tigo Customer Support within the portal.

Dashboard Insights: On an interactive dashboard with graphs and color indications, access the most critical sites list, most frequent faults across the fleet, average commissioning times, and sites with overdue commissioning time for better decision-making. Dashboard analyzes and pre-filters data that draws attention to commonly needed information requiring attention​.  

Track Commissioning of All Managed Installations Track commissioned and non-commissioned sites: Commissioning Status & Progress, Sites approaching the deadline/on/behind schedule, Issues, Average commissioning times across portfolio.

Health Comparison of Managed Installations EI Professional, acting as critical event comparator & error frequency analyzer, compares the health status of all managed sites and displays on the Dashboard the Most Critical Solar Operation and the Most Frequent Alerts of the Portfolio.

Group Navigator Page for Filters “GroupEnables rapid access to the list of the filtered systems. Solar installations can be easily filtered using EI Professional, grouped by common attributes, and appear as clickable dynamic “Groups” for quick navigation​ - examples of the filtered lists: Systems with Batteries, Systems in a Specific City, Systems in Critical Condition, Systems > 50kWh.

EI Professional is open to all solar professionals with a valid account on Tigo Energy Intelligence (EI) Platform. Enrollment is easy and can be done here: ei.tigoenergy.com.

Once subscribed, all installations of that company will have access to all EI Professional features and benefits, with no limits on the number of users or installations.
