Trashiest support every seen in my entire life

Cloudflare service is ok but their support is total garbage (and I am being nice).
Had some billing related questions, so it's not like I am free riding their free offers here, and these clowns take 2-3 weeks to reply each time.
They won't even read my first reply which had everything needed in it, so we lost another 2-3 weeks in the process.

Long story short it took almost 3 month to get a refund...

Never AGAIN

Don't waste your money upgrading to a…

Don't waste your money upgrading to a business plan if you think that will get you real human support. My site was ddosed for 10+ days, I couldn't handle it personally. I upgraded to business to get help; well, the only person I could talk to was the chat rep, who said this was way above him and started a ticket that no one responded to for 14 days. Enterprise customers (from what I read on Reddit) suffer the same fate. Cloudflare has NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. Don't overpay; stick to the basic plan and hire 3rd parties to help you in complex cases.

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. They have ridiculous customer support, I upgraded my website to Business, and although they charged the amount the site was never upgraded to the Business subscription.

I have contacted their support but no one has responded to my tickets.

I have purchased 3 domains from…

I have purchased 3 domains from Cloudflair and haven't had any problems until now.
Apparently, their new policy is NOT to support any domains unless you purchase their website services. I paid for these domains but there is no way to point them to my website because it's not with Cloudflair. They also have weird ns names that they say can't be changed? Not sure because there is no one to ask. I guess I will have to move my domains to another domain service. Very disturbing.

Devil-may-care attitude

I use cloudflare on many of my projects which work great.
But I have one project which was previously connected to cloudflare and was accidentally deleted from there. It is impossible to add a deleted site again!
(You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each "Unpaid" invoice on your Billing page and click the "Pay online" link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323) )

But the problem is that I don't see any unpaid bills at all!
I reported this to support several times (so that I could pay), but I didn't get any answers.
It's also impossible to write in their community, because when I log in to the community I see this text - (The change you wanted was rejected.
Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to.)

Annoying message every few clicks

Feel free to use Cloudflare if you want to lose customers due to an annoying message asking for confirmation whether the customer is a human displayed every few clicks on your website. This message is displaying repeatedly after several seconds regardless how many times you click the checkbox making the website totally unusable... This happens at least for a few months already.

Doesn't work and no support. You get what you paid for: Nothing

I followed their instructions to the T, but it just resulted in my website going offline. I tried reversing the process and resetting my DNS settings to their defaults, but my website is still offline. A lot of money down the drain due to offline time now.

The service costs nothing, and that's what you're getting: nothing. You get what you paid for, I guess.

It's like a virus

It's like a virus, I try to unsubscribe from spam, yet this stupid cloudflare site gets me stuck trying to verify if I am human. I keep clicking until I give up, and then spam continues. SCUM!!! Yes you are scum assisting other scum to proliferate!

Don't let yourself be fooled

It would be a good service if it worked. We have seen so many bugs across multiple of their services. The worst part is that there is no support. If something does not work, you are on your own.

Now they have billing/invoicing system problems lasting for months and they have not been able to fix it. This causes a lot of problems to many users (see other reviews) including us and they absolutely do not care. They issue incorrect invoices (which causes legal problems), does not allow subscription changes (which causes operational problems), does not respond to support tickets (even with "Urgent" priority). Response time to a support ticket is usually 3-4 weeks and from our experience it is just a copy&paste from their docs without any actual solution.

Very good comprehensive free plan,

Very good comprehensive free plan,
I have been using it for years and never had issues.
The SSL proxy option could be better explained in my opinion, however its a very good option if you can get it working.
cost effective domain registration, and very good DNS management.
Free plan has just enough options for what you need

I've been canceling my Pro plan for the…

I've been canceling my Pro plan for the past 3 months, yet they don't even cancel, it's been downgrading for 3 months and they have been charging me for 3 months. I just recently got another invoice, and guess what, its again extended for one month... And the story repeats. Do not recommend any of their products, terrible all over, when contacting support and marking it as urgent, no answers what's so ever.

There literally just is no way to actually get help with your issues

No fricking stars. If i could not use cloudflare I would. I love cloudfair a company that strives for inconvenience! Want to contact them in any way? Forget about it! Have an issue with something related to them? Forget about it! I think I might actually hate cloudfair more than I hate Microsoft, so congratu-fricking-lations. Contacting even a god damn bot for this fricking company is damn near impossible. If you see this company logo on something run don't walk away! Save yourself the pain!

Cloudflare provides services to child pornography websites and ignores abuse requests

Cloudflare is allowing child pornography websites to operate and makes it impossible to submit an abuse report.

I tried reporting a website with child pornography which is using Cloudflare's nameserver services, only for the abuse form to show me a "A URL contains a domain that is not active on Cloudflare" message.

I tried contacting their law enforcement email to report the bug and they sent me back to the original broken abuse form. Looks like they don’t care about stopping child pornography from being shared through their services a single bit.

There is no other way to submit an abuse report to them.

So many bad reviews about the company

So many bad reviews about the company, mostly people losing money and their access to resources due to their stupidity. Cloudflare is not a perfect company, there is no dispute, but when registering I had no difficulty reading the instructions and contacting tech support. I've been using it for a month now, I don't see any problems, but the price leaves a lot to be desired. It's a bit expensive.
