Ali helped me in minutes

Besides all the other good things about using Cloudways for hosting, the support is just amazing, especially the Live Chat! Ali Raza was super responsive and helped me in minutes to fix the issue I had. This was always the case with their support for the many requests I had in the past, so thank you so much Ali and all his team mates for always being there to help!

Just move your sites to them. You won’t regret it.

Both billing, and technical support are always a pleasure to work with. They under promise, and over deliver every month. Best decision to move to them, and their sister company, Digital Ocean. If you are looking for a great product, and excellent customer support, look no further than cloudways.

Great Performance and great Support

I am already since 2017 customer from Cloudways and I have to say, that I still dont know any better hosting company. With the 24h support chat you find always help and the service itself is very flexible.

A huge shoutout to Ali Raza. I was facing a billing issue on a weekend (banking holiday) that was threatening significant downtime. Within minutes of contacting support, Ali was on the case. His quick thinking and expertise were instrumental in resolving the problem efficiently.

Cloudways' consulting service is incomparable to any other company in terms of friendliness and accuracy. I have always received a lot of help, and today I received a lot of help from my consultant Sajjad Ahmad Khan. He was very friendly and explained things in an easy-to-understand manner.

Abdur is one of the only competent…

Abdur is one of the only competent members of staff from the Support. There are other members that, when I start a chat, I'm immediately like "oh no this is gonna suck". Support can be hit or miss. Some staff are misinformed, unintentionally rude, or not helpful. But Abdur is one of the special ones! Thanks man.

CACHE ISSUE

Had a caching issue last night and messaged the support team. Without any hassle they saw my issue and put in measures using Varnish to resolve the issue. All is working now. Love the promptness of this company.

My Experience with DigitalOcean Hosting via Cloudways

Unfortunately, I realized too late that I made a mistake. I purchased a DigitalOcean hosting package through the Cloudways platform, and it's been about a week. Initially, the hosting setup and transfer were going well until the site went live and I faced reality. First, you need to purchase the email service from another company with an extra fee and make monthly payments. It's not very expensive, so I managed to cover it. Then I noticed that the WooCommerce product page was working very slowly. On the first day, I immediately contacted support and had several live chats with different support teams. Unfortunately, they were very inadequate and far from providing a solution. I spent a few days and nights writing to the support team, and they were very weak in producing solutions. As a result, today I bought a VPS from another hosting company and am about to get rid of this terrible platform. I hope they refund the rest of my money. I do not recommend it to anyone using WooCommerce. It might be a good environment for blogs or hobby pages, but those selling products on their websites might face disappointment like I did.
