Even with good credit their "offer" was for less than I needed, an interest rate twice as high as what I'm paying now, with a monthly payment 3x higher than what I'm paying now. And they are acting as if they were doing me a favor. Totally useless and an absolute waste of time.

Wasn't sure about Fiona at first. I was searching/reading article's on how to manage debt. A Fiona link was within the article. It basically guaranteed suggested offers from various lenders, one I answered a few questions. Of the lenders it showed monthly cost depending the amount borrowing, percentage rate, term of loan. Needless to say, I applied with PenFed Credit Union and .y loan was approved 2 minutes later. With this being said, I highly recommend Fiona.

Used a unique email address to sign up with Fiona and check for loan options. Now, over the past few weeks I have received several additional emails and loan offers from other websites that were not a part of the initial offering. They are continuing to sell my information to third parties without my consent and with no option to stop since the emails do not come from Fiona.

It says it will give your info to its partners for loan purposes BY EMAIL. Now I have vague random texts coming from places that don't even tell you where they are from and they have my social security number. I only trusted it bc it was an advertisement from a bank.

I apply for a debt consolidation and I ALWAYS get turned down. They say my outgoing is more than my incoming. I DO NOT PAY ANY MORTGAGE! My dive decree even states that! I am on time and no skipped payments. I am very capable of paying my monthly bills… No one realizes or looks into my information.

I know this not as a consumer, but as a victim of their idiot customer (Earl Saxon) using my email in their application.

Visited the site because my Varo account recommended I try a loan through the. All they did was sell my information to other "potential lenders" and put me through a loophole of bs spammy loan offers. Don't do it

I could not believe how efficient my request for small loan was expedited! I am a credit union banker after all. After completing the required application ( very simple) I was given several offers by different lenders, various terms and rates to choose from. After making my choice and answering a few necessary questions my loan was confirmed, explained succinctly, and finalized in a couple hours! I could not be more pleased.

Through medical hardship before and during that last year I had to use credit cards to survive. Nobody took a chance with me to get out of debt after everything settled down. I paid my bills at time and even paid more if I had to, but the Banks denied help and treated me as second class citizen, but but with soothing voice and a smile naturally. I found Fiona looking through daily news sites cell phone and using them was able to get matched with the right credit card relief get out of debt. within a matter of 2 weeks I borrowed just enough to pay the 4 cards off that I was paying $400 in interest every month for 2 yrs.now my payment is $500 and in 3 yrs I'll be debt free! keep in mind my circumstances had changed during that 2 yrs otherwise I could manage. but I am so relieved 😃

I got an email that I could receive up to $250,000. I have a credit rating of 780, but I only make $50,000 a year, I put in all the necessary info and it came back that I could receive a credit check ( which I don't need) and a $5000 loan, talk about being misled

I filled out a simple form to "check my rate" on this site. Now, I am completely inundated with emails and phone calls from dozens of companies trying to sell me loans that I'm not interested in. Many of these partners provide absolutely no way to "opt out" or to make the emails and calls stop. What a headache!
Fiona's website does not provide any way to opt out of this, or prevent your information from being blasted to dozens of other companies beforehand. Terrible experience and terrible company for doing this.
Buried in their privacy policy is a CYA clause that says they will provide all of your inputted information to their "partners" for marketing and transactional purposes. They have a separate clause saying they are "not in the business of selling" information to other parties which is obviously wrong and contradictory.
