Great experience but has scope of improvement.
But I think you need to verify the ID's a bit differently. For eg: it could be a non resident of a country living in another country as a expat and might provide the Id proof of the home/current residential country.
Since both are govt ID's, they should be acceptable either way.

Great so far, but the web gui for domain management is not super intuitive for certain tld. Some settings jump back to the old value after applying changes, and this makes it unclear if a config got updated or not. This could need some improvement. Everything else is fine.

I usually don't write reviews, but the ordering process was simple, with absolutely no issues, not even with the payment. The domain was quickly set up (if you can call it that), and I was able to use it within seconds. I can't say anything about the support yet, as there haven't been any problems, unlike with other providers.

They don't have in place a functional and common sensical protocol to fix the bugs of their products and so on.
Their customer services is clean and nice, but they don't have ways of solving issues and really serving people.
I guess more expensive services like Google and others are worth paying the extra because they do a better job.

Customer Service is everything to me and email exchanges, can become very tedious and overly time consuming for both parties.

My ID verification was pending so I sent an email to their support team. Although I reached out to them outside business hours, they approved my ID and replied to my email within just 5 minutes. So far so good. No issue, except a very minor one - I had auto renew on, but on the due/expiry date I received "renewal failed" notification because I don't have any payment method. Fair enough, but don't tell me that auto renew is on if I don't even have a payment method.
