Delivery was great, car was shipped from WI to OH within 24 hours, dispatcher and driver were professional and easy to work with. Car arrived in perfect condition along with thorough documentation prior to moving the car and after. Would absolutely use this company again.

I recently shipped my car from Colorado to New Jersey with Sonic Auto Transport, and Anthony Daniel helped me with the entire process. Initially, I was provided with a lower quote, but two days before the shipment, the quote was increased. Anthony Daniel assisted in negotiating a final quote that was fair and acceptable. Despite this hiccup, the overall process was smooth. If I get the chance, I would ship my car with Sonic Auto Transport again.

Paul Carter quotes one thing and switches the price after you sign the contract agreeing not to work with other people. picks up your car and delivers it when they want to. They give an estimate day to deliver however when they realize they cannot make it on that day they don’t notify you. I had to call and speak to 3 different people to find out my car would arrive Friday instead of Tuesday.

Tyler Ross provided us a quote to ship our vehicle from Detroit to San Diego at $775 where upon I signed a contract.
The week the vehicle was to be shipped Tyler claimed only one driver was available and it would cost $1150. I had no option at that point.
This type of business practice is unprofessional and one quickly losses trust.
Once the driver was assigned, Tyler did not return my calls or texts.
The vehicle did reach safely hence the 2-Star and not 1-Star.

Tyler did his best to get the price as low as he could, however $1150 that was the lowest rate that drivers agreed on, and it was proposed to you as well. We appreciate your patience. Thank you.

David is trustworthy and has always provided me with excellent customer service. He always stays in contact with me throughout the entire process and makes sure I get the lowest price possible. I was a little skeptical at the beginning giving my recent experience with another "transport company" that turned out to be a complete scam. Owen helped me to get my vehicle on a trailer the same day that I contacted him. He tried his best to work under my terms and made it happen at the price we agreed at the beginning. I must say I was very anxious about doing this but Ariana M. at Sonic did a great job arranging the transport of our vehicle! She was diligent and persistent. She kept us in our price range and the drivers were super nice. They actually arrived a day earlier than expected from Georgia to Las Vegas.

Car was picked up and dropped off safely and the price wasn’t too expensive. Communications wasn’t exactly what I prefer but it was better than a lot of others. It could have been because the requests and the price I was originally looking for. I would definitely recommend David Makenzie everything went as planned….
