Exceptional Service (Ask For Kelvin Lee)
This service was recommended to me by a friend and I have no regrets. Sydney's housing market is incredibly competitive, and I struggled to find anything suitable on my own. Mr. Kelvin Lee stepped in and contacted everyone necessary, making the entire process significantly easier. He found accommodations that perfectly matched my preferences and budget.

Scamming students.
Please no matter what happens do not contact these thieves and expect them to help you get an accommodation because they only care about stealing your money.
I first booked a room through this website and paid the deposit for it and after a couple hours they told me that the room was not available (?). I asked for a refund and they stopped responding. The person who was e-mailing me was the most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered.
Please save your money and stay away!

Stay away at all costs
Be very wary of using this company. In my experience they used pressure sell techniques including telling us there were few rooms left and many people waiting to book so we needed to hurry. In such a high pressure market as london this justs add to the anxiety of trying to find accommodation. We felt pushed into making a booking before we were ready and once we had done that we could get no contact from our consultant. Really terrible experience - stay away at all costs.

Great experience
The hunt for student housing was daunting. Luckily, I was connected with Sunil Sam, who helped me narrow down suitable options. amazing customer service and really helpful
I initially contacted student.com to help me search for any type of accommodation. They found me a few options and were really helpful every step of the way especially when the property was completely unresponsive and cancelled my booking. I would like to specially mention Shristi Shah who went out of her way to help me look for places when I was almost stranded due to the random cancellation. Awful scammers
Awful. My booking agent was Kiara Singh. I made a booking which I then wished to cancel straight away. I was told she would process the refund (April 28th) and it would take 7-10 days… it is now May 17th and I still do not have this refund and she is ignoring every attempt at contact, and so are student.com….
