Tremendous Customer Support

Great customer service

I've had a TERRIBLE experience with Bluehost recently and moved my business to A2Hosting. I had to reach out to tech support at A2 and was extremely pleased with Michael B's help in solving my problem. He completely understood my issues and resolved them without hassle. He's also scheduled a follow-up note to ensure all the concerns I contacted A2 about are resolved because of the propagation time for nameservers. Thanks Michael!

Great alternative to Godaddy

I did have one issue with them but was resolved quickly. If your looking for a host that is actually willing to help you setup a vbulletin forum when you first sign up (if you don't know what your doing), A2 hosting is great and their prices are pretty good too. Fast speeds and excellent customer service.

happy camper since 2018

I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate how well you have addressed my issue. I felt I was making the right decision to host with A2 in 2018 and that decision is positively compounded with the way this was handled.
Looking forward to many, many more triennial renewals.

WordPress Login Help & SSL Issue Resolved

Today I had two problems logging into WordPress and trouble with my SSL certificate. I reached out on the chat and the person helped me so much. The changed the passwords and helped me to get my login to work and they fixed problems with my SSL. I felt really satisfied.

Tech support was and is very little help.

Way to confusing for us to set up email to Outlook, and the Titan App. also don't try calling them, right when you call the customer service number, it basically tell you hang up, cause you have a better chance on live chat. we help for over 1.5 hours. We cancelled and went back to Go Daddy, after two days of trying to get email hosting. one star only because we had too

Better service 2nd time around.

I opened a ticket via the portal that morning and it was assigned pretty quickly. At 4:00pm I called to check on it as nothing had been reported on the ticket. The rep that I spoke to was not assigned the ticket but got me up and running in about 10 minutes, was patient with my questions and provided me with the steps he took to resolve it so I could help myself next time. great support!

Absolutely incredible service, however...

Absolutely incredible service! I have been a customer for over 6 years, created over a dozen tickets, and every single time their support staff has managed to help me through all the issues. Its perfect for mundane boring IT stuff. However...

Their current policy disallows everything that has to do with adult content. Unfortunately that also includes art, and since the vast majority of my friends are artists of various mediums, I cannot recommend this service to them. I really hope that they revise the policy and make an exception for art in the future.

Always Amazing Help

I work in IT and I get lost occasionally with this backend stuff.
Every single time that I've contacted A2 for support they have been polite, helpful and to the point to allow me to move forwards with what I need to do. Their service is second to none.

I dislike IP blocking

I dislike IP blocking, Hostgator doing very well in this side, we have full management of their server and we removed block from Tanzania
