Great Customer Service

Both times I called everyone was very informative and cheerful. A great experience. I cannot wait to get my internet device that they recommended for me. Thank you so much

all connect all true

what made it great is that I received the best deal especially when I called the internet/cable company direct and asked for senior discount and they came back with $130 but when I called Allconnect they hooked me up with same company for $29.99

I had been offered internet service…

I had been offered internet service which I couldn't pass up the deal how ever .y first appointment was canceled for whatever reason which did upset me a little bit but when I called back they was able to get me an appointment as quickly as possible and now I have my I telnet service the very next day through breezeline

Sales Rep doesn't listen AT ALL

I just asked to get internet and stated that I do NOT have possession of the house yet and asked to NOT deliver till next Friday. The package was sent over night and arrived at a vacant house today, was left on the front porch and it's 25 miles from where I live now. I also asked NOT to have my info sent to ADT and it was sent anyway and I ended up having to block the ADT number from calling me. The person that I spoke with wasn't listening to anything that I said to her.

Excellent!

The main reason is that the representative was very honest and took as much time as needed to fulfill my request. The representative also let me know all the details and requirements for the installation and a solid price range with no problems.

Terrible company - DO NOT USE!!!

This company and it's employee's are the worst. Glassdoor has a 2.6 rating for working there so it must be a terrible existence working there. I deal with the fallout from All Connect who uses cheap tricks and lies to sign you up with cable, internet, and phone service after you set up electric service. They lie about pricing and make up fake numbers if you don't use them specifically. Please just hang up on them and order services directly. This third party company will lie, cheat, and steal to get you to sign up and even puts in orders without consent!!! Stay away from All Connect!!!

Great experience, first-time user

This is my first time setting up Internet in Texas for an apartment. I appreciated talking to a real person. The lady who helped me, Alexa, was very knowledgeable and proficient. She quickly got me set up with a perfect Internet plan.

God sent employees that love their job and show it

I need the thank all of those involved.The first person from All Connect that took my initial call in Spanish from Colombia, who's name I can't remember was super friendly. Dequan, who completed the process at Spectrum was skillful and kind in keeping me calm answering 1K questions without losing it . Ricardo, the tech, that came to install the line with a great big smile that never died. Allconnect and Spectrum gave me the best experience ever and I hope they don't change!

I called for pricing and information on…

I called for pricing and information on new internet and tv installation. Told representative thank you I would call back with answer. Called back same day and informed rep Abby I do not want service. I was told everything has been canceled. Now I am receiving emails stating service is scheduled! I do not want service from MediaCom,. You call center is terrible! Loud! Couldn’t get to right department today to confirm cancellation!

I called to get service and it was just…

I called to get service and it was just quick and painless as I have not had in a very long while Shawn helped us get service and we are going to be set up on Saturday. We are so thankful so thank you so much Shawn for helping us today, you are a godsend. You have no idea.

The guy showed yp at my house and left…

The guy showed yp at my house and left 10 minutos later. He never installed anything when i claled him back he said he was going to be back in 15 minutes and didnt come then he said in about 2 hours still has not showed up. I am going to call customer service. So i can get my instalation.
