My sales person was amazing, patient and spent more than an hour walking me through all the work that needed to be done. The crew showed up three days later and spent the day removing and replacing the gutter system in my home.

The gutter and Leaf Filter installers, Ryan and Team Thomas, were extremely polite and professional!! Everything was installed exactly as I expected. Clean up was perfect. The overall morale of Team Thomas was incredible !! Ryan called 30 minutes before arriving and he arrived with smile on his face!! I highly recommend this company, their team and their products !! My next house will definitely get Leaf Filter !!

I was able to book an estimate appointment for the same day that I called and they did the work the next day! In my case, the original estimator was unable to come and a manager came in their place so I could keep the appointment. He was pleasant and professional, very informative and used the "coupons" I had to my advantage. The person who came to do the work was prompt and pleasant as well.

Sales rep. was not properly trained to estimate the correct number of downspouts required. Not enough communication between the 3 departments . Living in a HOA, sales rep should have checked other units for basic color requirements. Still need another downspout as shown on the schismatic. I am not a happy customer as was told I would have to pay for it.

We had a very positive experience with Leaf Filter. We were pleased with the product and the price . Our installer, Matt, did a great job. The pouring rain made things crazy for him to do the installation but he did so with a professional and courteous attitude. I would recommend him as well as Leaf Filters product.

Installed incorrectly. Downspout elbow put in reverse order incorrectly. Several leaks. Required three follow up. Second story downspouts were not correctly put into the first floor gutter. Inexperienced crew only one person spoke a small amount of English. It was tough to communicate to the job foreman.

The gutters look great. The installers were easy to work with and did a very nice job. I did have an issue with getting a return call before the installation. I'm happy, now will see how the LeafFilter gutters perform if it ever rains again.

Four years ago I thought I had leaf filters installed on my gutters, but since I live in a manufactured home 2nd rate filters were installed. No lifetime warranty, no one from the company that installed the gutter guards would not even come and look at my problem, let alone work on them to fix it. RD from the company said they could not work on them since they weren’t the Leaf Filter brand. $2200 down the drain.

The salesperson was fantastic very informative and not pushy. The installers were good but the job took longer so at the end they rushed it. After the job was finished the next day found some less than quality work done.

Custom Rain Gutters ( Jesus) came at 8:00 and worked in the high heat until about 6:00- he was very nice, meticulous, and cleaned up all his messes! He was a pleasure to have around and the gutters are gorgeous! 🤞that they do their job

Excellent job fast clean no hassles. I expected them to have a problem with that roof. They had no problems at all. I am completely satisfied excellent job. I would do it near that. It’s windy out. It’s gonna rain. They had no no hassles good workers good workers knowledgeable on the product, very good. I have another job and I am going to ask for them back.
