Issue with Wix Billing and Poor Customer Service
I am deeply frustrated with Wix’s handling of my account. I haven’t used my Wix account for a year and forgot about the renewal, leading to an unexpected charge of $547 USD.. This has put my bank account in the negative and jeopardized my ability to pay rent next month.
I mistakenly flagged Wix’s emails as spam, missing renewal info. When I tried to get a refund, their AI bot simply said it wasn't possible. This automated response provided no real help and has severely impacted my finances.
I urge Wix to improve their customer service and billing practices.
