The initial visit by Omar was very informative and helpful in making my decision to purchase the GGA product. He is also very cordial and professional. Once we accepted the contract, an installation date was set, the installation team arrived on time, and did a very professional job installing our GGA product. I found the company to be committed to customer service at every level, including any future follow-up should a problem occur... the production manager (Don) told me he was the contact to call & provided me his cell number. The things that convinced me to choose GGA was local company, all metal product (metal support closely spaced under the mesh... not plastic), and a series of ridges to slow the runoff so it goes into, not right over, the gutter mesh...and the ridges should keep the leaves from flat contact when wet so wind has a better chance of removing them. It is too soon to declare that there will never again be an issue with debris needing cleaned, but I am not expecting that anytime soon. Plus, I do have the number to call to speak to the man who can resolve such problems.
