I spoke with Keisha and my experience with Customer Service could not have gone any better. Keisha was polite, knowledgeable, informative, respectful, and helpful. She was very patient with me, and answered my many questions, and gave me information to help me with the decisions that I needed to make. I felt as if I was talking to a trusted friend.
