Burn. Burn, cheese.

[light music]

Hi, folks. It's your girl, Cardi B.

And today we're gonna be doing dips and drinks.

We're gonna be doing a Cardirita

and we're gonna be doing a corn street style dip.

Now, I only cook for two occasions

and that's, like, when I have, like, friends over

and family over, or when I wanna cook for my man.

And when I cook for my man, I get sexy like this.

You see my fit? Yeah, I'm wearing that Bitte.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

So let's get started.

I like something that is refreshing, sweet, and tropical.

You know what I'm saying?

I'm gonna, just see me do it.

We have some ice in a blender.

We're gonna get our favorite tequila. Yes.

It's been a long day for me.

I don't know about y'all, but it's been a long day for me,

so we're gonna pour.

We're gonna pour in this bitch.

[tequila pouring]

We're gonna add one of our favorite orange liqueur.

You know what I'm saying?

'Cause it's like the lime flavor is,

it could be a little bit strong.

You kind of wanna like sweeten it and everything.

So like, you know, we do a little bit of orange liqueur.

So a little bit of that, not too much.

[liqueur pouring]

Just a little razzle dazzle.

We're gonna start with the lime juice.

And we're gonna put some coconut cream.

[coconut cream pouring]

All right, guys, and now we're about to blend.

[blender whirring]

So this is more like of a Cardirita.

The difference between a Cardirita

and a margarita is that, you know, I did it. [laughs]

Yeah, so I'm just gonna put a little bit of this here

and then I'm gonna put some lime flavor whip shots

really lightly.

[can spraying]

Now we're gonna garnish with a lime.

Look. How pretty is that?

Oh my God, I did that. [laughs]

I'm so proud of myself. Oh my goodness.

Let's have a toast.

Mm.

That is too good.

All right, guys.

So today we're gonna do a street style corn dip.

And I love it, love it, love it, love it, love it

because it's sweet and it's cheesy

and it's like, I just love those combinations.

We're about to cut the corn. [cries]

Where's my chef?

Okay, no, no. I will be the chef. Okay.

Woo! That is how it's coming off.

All right, guys, we gotta speed this up.

So on your mark, get set.

Woo! And now the corn is chopped, honey.

You've been chopped from the board.

Okay, so now we're gonna chop our pepper.

On your mark, get set.

Look how quick I does this. [knife bangs]

[Cardi laughing]

And there we got it now. Ugh, God.

And we're gonna put it into our bowl. Yep.

I'm gonna use some mayonnaise.

I live with a lot of family members.

I do not like being by myself.

I feel like it takes a village.

My cousins, they like to make, like, very different dishes

or like things that we see on social media,

we just try it out.

And this is actually a recipe that I was like,

Yo, I wanna do this because I saw it on Instagram.

And boy, we don't stop making this in our house.

Now we're gonna put sour cream.

And sour cream is very important.

We gonna put some cilantro. Mm-hm.

We're gonna put some, a lot of cotija cheese.

Lots, lots, lots, lots, lots, lots.

And we're gonna put some tajin.

And you should put a generous amount

because, like, the flavor kind of get lost a little bit

once we put it in the oven.

And of course, some mozza.

Some mozza. Mozzarella cheese.

So I be feeling like certain dishes,

it just got, like, a type of music.

And this dish kind of remind me of like bongos.

It's colorful, it's vibrant, it's good,

it's spicy, it's creamy.

It's just that. You know what I'm saying?

And speaking about bongos,

I'm excited that everybody loved the song so much.

I feel like the song is, like, such a fun song.

We worked so hard for that music video first.

I mean, like, I don't know if you guys can see,

but, like, the fashion was just amazing.

All right, guys, so now we're gonna put this in a pan.

Or you know, you wanna like spread that all out.

Put that in there.

Put it all in there, honey. Yeah, come on.

Okay, guys, so now we're gonna put

mozzarella cheese on top so we can put this in the oven.

And then we are going to torch the cheese after.

You know, just like it looks so cute and pretty.

I'll see you soon.

And voila, the 40 minutes have passed,

but we luckily are gonna have my little friend here.

This torch.

It just gives it like a little, a edgy flavor.

These are for the professionals like me.

[Cardi laughing]

Burn. Burn, cheese.

You gotta do it really lightly

'cause if you do it too close,

you'll burn the F out that cheese.

So now we're about to taste it.

I usually do this with my family.

You know, I have a big family,

but like, you know, you could do this

if like your man got some friends coming by for a game day.

Or you could do this for your own self.

You're just having one of those days

that you just wanna stuff your face.

Let's take a try.

[light music]

Ooh, it's too hot.

I kind of wanna play some bongos up in here.

Bom, bom, bom, bom.

Okay. So good.

10 out of 10.

10 out of 10.

A perfect day at home, it will be

a day when all my family come over,

which is like almost every weekend.

I don't have nothing to do.

We could listen to loud, loud music.

We could have fun, we could dance.

All my little nieces and cousins come around.

That's why I always needed a big house

because I always knew that,

like, I just love being with my family so much

that I always wanted, like, to be that house

that everybody goes to, like grandma house.

That's a perfect day to me.

Just a day that I could just have fun with my family.

I don't really need to go out or anything.

So thank you guys for having me.

I'm gonna leave this here,

if you guys are a little bit hungry.

And next time come to my home.

Yeah, I got a marble top too.

Yeah, yeah.

So you're invited. See you soon.

This really reminds me of the vacation

that I really wanna go to,

but I can't because I'm so busy. [cries]

I just want a vacation, but mm.
