You're the Worst star Aya Cash reveals her ideal 'Sunday Funday'

You're the Worst has had a number of memorable episodes in its short tenure, but one that stands out among the rest is the funny and sweet "Sunday Funday."

The season 1 episode follows Jimmy (Chris Geere), Gretchen (Aya Cash), Edgar (Desmin Borges), and Lindsay (Kether Donohue) as they attempt to make the most of the end of the weekend in a day of drinking, record shopping, massages, and more. Most importantly, they face their feelings — or at least some of their feelings — about their respective relationships.

Cash says her real-life Sunday Funday wouldn't go exactly like that of her character. "Oh, I'm so lame. Let's be honest. My ideal Sunday Funday is reading the newspaper and having a glass of lemonade," Cash quipped to EW at People's Ones to Watch red carpet in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

But she has some ideas on how to up the ante: "I recently went skydiving [with Donohue]. I'll do that on Sunday Funday. We did it for charity, so it was too late to back out because people paid for us to do it and that's the way to do it because when you're in that plane it's like 'Excuse me? No, I'm not doing that.'"

There's another Sunday Funday in store for the dark comedy's ongoing second season and as previously revealed, it's going to be Halloween-themed — and there'll be stunts. "Sunday Funday is going to drive people crazy," teased Cash.

You're the Worst airs Wednesdays at 10:30 p.m. ET on FXX.
