If you were hoping Thor: The Dark World would have more jokes, Taika Waititi will try to fix that for the sequel. Speaking from the Sundance Film Festival, where his new film Hunt for the Wilderpeople is screening, the director teased a funnier follow-up with Thor: Ragnarok.

When asked by The Wrap how he’s going to add more comedy to the film, he said, “Just fill it with jokes, I reckon.” The filmmaker, who released the vampire comedy What We Do in the Shadows in 2014, continued, “I’ll take the second film and just add some jokes to that.”

Though details on Thor: Ragnarok are still scarce, Mark Ruffalo will reprise his role of Bruce Banner. The actor first teased the sequel to be a buddy movie between Hulk and the Asgardian, before describing the film as “a road movie” a la Midnight Run.

We’ll find out soon. The film, which hints at the Asgardian end of days, is scheduled to begin filming this June ahead of its Nov. 3, 2017 release date.
