Karlie Kloss and Taylor Swift’s best friendship has been so well-documented it even has its own Vogue cover. On Monday night, the supermodel reiterated their bond in a series of tweets when she wrote, “I will not allow the media to misconstrue my words. Taylor has always had my back and I will always have hers. [A]nd I will never be the girl that you can use to pit women against each other. That isn’t me.”

Her comments seem to be a response to various articles based on comments Kloss made about Kim Kardashian West, with whom Swift has had some, uh, disagreements with this year.

In an interview with the U.K.’s The Times, Kloss was reported to have said about Kardashian West, “I think she’s been a lovely person to me in the past,” before adding, “Look, I really don’t know her that well.”

Kloss’ comments come after months of back-and-forth between Swift, Kardashian West, and Kanye West. Swift originally spoke out when Kanye released “Famous” on The Life of Pablo and the song contained the lyrics, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/ Why? I made that bitch famous.” Swift slammed the line, but Kanye claimed she had given him permission to use it. Swift denied that claim, and then in an interview with GQ, Kim said that they had footage to prove she had heard the lyric and given her own approval. Kim then posted the footage to Snapchat. Swift responded with a note on Instagram, reiterating that there was no footage of West playing her the “bitch” line.

Swift may have summed it up best back in April when Vogue asked about the drama: “The world is so bored of this saga.”
