Rectify exclusive clip: Tawney, Teddy say goodbye

Tawney (Adelaide Clemens) has a plan — but that plan doesn’t involve Teddy (Clayne Crawford), she reveals in an exclusive clip from this week’s Rectify.

In the sneak peek from the Sundance drama’s penultimate episode, Tawney tells Teddy she’s going to finish her nursing degree and then maybe join Doctors Without Borders. “I believe that God wants me to serve people, Teddy,” she says. “Help people. Wash their feet, so to speak.”

The emotional moment ends with Teddy gently trying to hold onto his wife a little longer by asking if they can grab some pizza. “I’d like to spend some time with you before it all changes,” he says.
