Michael Strahan's daughter Isabella celebrates end of chemotherapy for brain cancer: 'Did it'

Here's something to dance about: Isabella Strahan celebrated the completion of her fourth and final round of chemotherapy for her brain cancer diagnosis.

The 19-year-old daughter of TV anchor Michael Strahan shared an uplifting TikTok over the weekend with the update, in which she could be seen dancing alongside sister Sophia while wearing a gold crown. "Did it," Isabella captioned the video.

The young Strahan, who has been regularly documenting her treatment journey on YouTube, publicly revealed her medulloblastoma diagnosis in January during a sit-down interview with her father and his colleague Robin Roberts on Good Morning America.

"She's always been strong, and this is something that is so personal," Michael said of his daughter in the segment. "I'm extremely proud."

He added, "In a lot of ways, I'm the luckiest man in the world because I've got an amazing daughter and I know she’s going through it, but I know we're never given more than we can handle, and that she's going to crush this."

Isabella was a month into her freshman year at the University of Southern California in 2023 when she began to experience severe headaches, vertigo, and nausea. She underwent emergency surgery in October to treat a 4-centimeter tumor that grew in the back of her brain.

She shared in April that she would only need to complete four rounds of chemotherapy as opposed to six. "These are happy tears," an emotional Isabella said in the video update. "I'll be done in May, and I can kind of try and have a summer to feel better. I'm so happy."
