Improve Component Connection Property Validation

Several extension components, including JDBC and JMS Processors and Controller Services, have flexible connection properties to support a number of external services. Recent updates introduced custom validation for these connection properties, but the validation should be improved to provide better coverage of various use cases, such as Expression Language references.
