The experience with AmeriFreight and RSL LOGISTICS LLC was fantastic. The AmeriFrieight Service Representative prepared my order quickly with stressfree service. Thus fulfilling my request within the one week time frame. I asked for 07/27/2024. AmeriFreight engaged RSL to pickup the vehicle ontime. RSL takes multiple pictures so you know it is your vehicle. RSL delivered my vehicle in the same shape it was in and took multiple pictures. I have my vehicle with ease of service Thanks Rochelle

Gina Dodds was up front and honest. She asked questions to better understand my needs. She explained what to expect. She didn't give me unrealistic prices like most companies. My cars were moved with no issues except a locked up brake, which was my fault for not checking it. I couldn't be happier with this transport.

Melissa explained everything to me in detail. When we didn't get an offer from a carrier in a timely fashion she figured out what the problem was. We were to out of the way in both pick up and delivery locations. She suggested we change the pickup location. Within a day we had offers. The carrier was awesome. Professional, communicated very well and the car was here a day early in great condition. We highly recommend AmeriFreight.

We had an amazing experience with AmeriFreight. After having contacted several companies and struggling to get some answers, I contacted AmeriFreight and Raz took the time to explain how the system works from A to Z. She answer all my questions and was very honest and professional. I decided to go with them, and way earlier than expected, Henry told me that there was a truck available to pick up the car! That same night the car was loaded and delivered 3 days later. Everything was very transparent and the process went so smooth. Customer service was excellent! They were available all the time. With short notice they went out of their way to deliver a motorcycle from Florida to Long Island . Not a scratch on the motorcycle, I would use them again and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

I felt that my service rep was honest, polite and professional. She offered good suggestions as to snag a trucker by moving the pickup location. However, I feel that she moved the cost of shipping up faster than I would have liked initially.

After I requested a quote, I was immediately contacted by Mr. Herrera who fully explained everything, including the entire bid process involved in securing a driver to transport my car. Mr. Herrera went into all details and was very patient. He very importantly explained that you cannot give a fixed estimated price in advance given that different drivers can charge different amounts based on time of year, expenses, etc. So, he estimated a price range as well as giving me the estimated fixed price. No one else from whom I requested quotes and information mentioned any of this to me. Within two hours a driver had been secured. Mr. Herrera discussed the pros and cons of accepting the driver and company, which I did, and was constantly there to give me additional information and to answer any questions. The driver himself was excellent, picking up the car on time and dropping it off right on time. Without hesitation, I would use AmeriFreight again. They were recommended to me by a friend who also noted a similar experience.

I had a great experience transporting my car from CA to SD using AmeriFreight. Chantal was extremely helpful during the process. The pickup timing was a little off from the carrier but she was able to communicate with the carrier and it was taken care of. The car arrived early and without any issues.

Honestly, the second you place quote on other sites, you are blasted by 10000000000000000000000s of messages and I had no idea if those companies were legitimate. I decided to try this company and they sounded like a real company, so I gave them a shot and my car came without damages.

Communication was good from the office(both email and phone). My vehicle was delivered on time and in great condition. The only issue that I had is that I did not get a 24 hr. notice about delivery so my daughter was inconvenienced on the pickup. Overall it was a good experience!!
