Very good and reliable first time experience

Friendly staff, good communication throughout the process (digital communication included), and - most important - a trustable, reliable and quick car transport.
This was the first time for us to use a car transport in the states. SGT organised the transport of our Wrangler from New York State to Montana. Car was picked up two days after contracted first pickup date, which was in line with agreed service level. Transport took just 4 days including weekend, much quicker than expected.
Special requirement was to drop the car without our physical presence at a hotel location, which worked pretty well. Only thing to improve would be a single payment counterparty. We payed the final amount via Venmo directly to the driving company, which caused some trouble because the counterparty account didn't work. (however, finally found a solution).
Bottom line: Will definitely use SGT again.

Great communication

Great communication, easy pick up and drop off from Dallas Texas to Santa Ana California. Pretty reasonable price as well. Would recommend anyone else using their services for their car transport.

Overall my experience with SGT was…

Overall my experience with SGT was great.
To enhance this experience for future uses of your service, would recommend keeping “1” associate to deal with thru the entire process (start to finish. . . including Pick-up & Delivery of vehicle!
I dealt with at least 8 different individuals and due to this had to keep reviewing old info to each new associate!
My driver (Tara) was very professional, all but hard to understand due to his accent; but we managed thru the process. He picked up our vehicle on the guaranteed day and delivered within 24 hours, which was extremely quick since I was originally told it would be a 3-4 day delivery window. Left my vehicle in the specified spot (no one was available to accept vehicle in person), but Tara took photos of car and specific parking space, and notified me car was delivered.
Appreciate everyone’s professionalism!

Jose communicated his arrival. He was on time for pickup, friendly, efficient and gave me a high level of confidence he was going to take of my vehicle and deliver on time! He delivered on time and provided my recipient same level of confidence and customer service.

There people are liers not gentle

There people are liers. They are not gentle to keep up their promises. They dont follow the dates on whihc they agree.

They will collect your card details and after that you need to run behind them. Some how they are having high rating. But, not doing decent business

Logan was very patient

Logan was very patient & heaven knows I am a difficult person. Great dealing with an intelligent individual. He answered everything and waited as I got more info he needed. I have (2) more vehicles & will look for Logan.

I haven't shipped a car before

I haven't shipped a car before. I was unsure how to do it, but after my first conversation with the agent who took time to explain and answer my many questions, I felt comfortable. I am satisfied with the entire process, from pickup to delivery. Next time I will not hesitate to ship a car and will use SGT again.

Top shelf

One word, Expensive but to get top shelf service you have to pay for it. This wasn’t my first option but I went cheap at first and the company could not find me a driver. SGT Auto Transport found me a driver and gave me the dates and kept their word. A+ in my book.

Highly recommend!

It was a hard task deciding on what transport company to trust with shipping my car from Tennessee to Nevada. SGT stood out to me with the great price and the outstanding customer service. Their team kept me informed every step of the way. If I ever need shipping services again SGT will be the only company I will call! :)

I booked through the Chat option and…

I booked through the Chat option and everything was so easy. Sarah made this whole process easy.
My car was picked up from Virginia and shipped to Las Vegas in 5 days. The whole process was so smooth and stress free. I would definitely be using them again in the future.

I moved while my Jeep was being…

I moved while my Jeep was being serviced and the dealer told me 6 weeks to get my Jeep. I called SGT and it was picked u within a week. It arrived when they said, and the communication was excellent. 100% will use them again.

SGT Auto Transport was a failure in my…

SGT Auto Transport was a failure in my experience. They had a week notice and they were unable to book my car delivery. Multiple calls and chats resulted in nice words but no action. When they finally had a driver, it was above the quoted price and the driver backed out. My frustration finally led me to Auto Movers USA that had my car booked in less than 24 hours and in my driveway in less than 48 hours.
