The investigation began on the morning of Tuesday, June 25, when authorities received a tip about a vehicle, which led to a pursuit of that vehicle by the Pocono Mountain Regional Police and the state police, authorities said, according to WNEP and WFMZ.

Officers located the vehicle outside a Walmart parking lot in Mount Pocono in Monroe County, Pa., and found Rogers-Keeney with one female inside, state troopers alleged, according to WNEP and WFMZ.

Authorities further claim they caught Jackson leaving the store with a second alleged victim.
