Want conclusions
At least 2 episodes so far have just ended abruptly with an ad, usually in the middle of a sentence. The hire was one of them. Everything else has been great!
Good until it’s not
I find some of the stories to be very compelling. However, the coverage of more complex stories where race or culture intersects is severely lacking any nuance. For listeners of color, the simplistic story telling and one-sided narrative is offensive. Will not be listening again.
Amazing
I listen almost everyday. I love this podcast. The stories are very close to me and my husband, who take hiking and camping trips all the time. Everyday people, good people, you just never know what will happen tomorrow. Helps you find peace in your own day to day troubles that seem so heavy. Also makes me more couscous about our surroundings.
