Salesforce to Redshift Data Transfer

I have been trying to send data from Salesforce to Redshift using App Flow. Every time when I setup the flow I am getting an error 'Connector timed out'. I have tried both serverless and cluster. I am new to AWS and cannot find what could be the problem here. I tried to transfer data to amazon s3 bucket using App Flow and was successfully able to do that. Can anyone please tell me how can I transfer the data directly to Redshift using App Flow or What could be the possible mistakes I am making here. Here is the more detailed Description : I configured the connection to redshift using App Flow (Redshift as destination) :

Now when I Click on connect, no connection is established and it shows 'Create New Connection' on the destination details tab. This is the error I am getting:

  • Hi, I followed that article in the first place. It is not telling exactly how to connect Redshift to AppFlow. I am facing this issue while trying to set Redshift as destination. I have already provided the mandatory roles for this connection and it is still not working. Can you tell me what could be the possible reasons for this?

  • One possible reason could be that you have turn on public accessibility for an Amazon Redshift cluster or an Amazon Redshift Serverless workgroup, but it isn't receiving traffic. For this you must configure an inbound rule to allow traffic to reach it from the internet.

Please make sure all requirements related to Redshift are in place. Details here - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/appflow/latest/userguide/redshift.html
