Hi there I have a client with the following need, please let me know if this would be possible with your theme? : – The project is for a company called Indaba Institute - Background is they are a company who trains teachers in previously disadvantaged areas to run creches and help the teachers teach in a productive way using Montessori principles. - The use case for the software is to provide a platform where by the Indaba institute can give better and more regular feedback to their funders about what is happening during training sessions as well as what the teachers are doing in class. The is feedback is called a Funder Report. - There will be 6 User Security roles for this project: 1) Facilitator – The Facilitator will train the teachers during a workshop. They will need to provide feedback on the portal via questionnaires and uploading of media of what happens during a workshop. This feedback will then get sent to the respective heads of training assigned to this facilitator. 2) Teacher – The Teacher is the one being trained by the facilitator. The teacher needs to have access to portal to upload feedback via questionnaires and uploading of media of what progress is being made in class with their school children. Once the teacher has filled in a feedback report it will get sent to Facilitator for review. 3) Head of Training – The head of training will have access to his or her linked Facilitators and Teachers respectively, they will review feedback from facilitators and teachers and once approved it will get sent to the Business Manager. 4) Business Managers – The Business managers will have access to ALL feedback reports from facilitators and teachers. The business manager will then use this information to create a Funder Report that then gets sent to the respective Funders to show the progress that is being made on the ground. The Funder report should be downloadable in PDF format as well as being able to be viewed online. 5) Funders – Funders are the companies who supports Indaba Institute Financially. They will have access to the platform as a funder and be able to view all Funder Reports that have been generated and assigned to their account. 6) Foundation – The Foundation is the overarching company looking after Indaba Institute. They need access to view ALL generated funder reports and track the progress of all projects currently going on.

The theme does not have this functionality. You would need to customise the theme or add additional plugins to add some of this functionality e.g. questionnaires and providing feedback.
Hi, I want to use both online shop and paid membership site (demos) in one site. So shop will be homepage and main site in which I will give a menu to membership and Buddypress. Is this possible? When I tried in my existing site I found that while importing one demo another one will be over riding.

Importing another demo will overwrite the previous one. However pages from both demos will still exist. You should set up your pages manually.

Why can’t you answer my question(s)?
There are three main reasons for this:
1) If I answer your question(s), that means I need to answer every customer’s question who doesn’t have a support license. Suddenly I’m answering tons of questions outside of the ticket site for customers with expired licenses.
2) It’s not fair on all the customers that have renewed their support license for similar question(s).
3) If I answer one question, it usually turns into a few more follow questions, until I’m answering a lot of questions.

It’s showing as you having purchased the theme over 6 months ago and you said you had already imported multiple demos on your existing site.
I would like to purchase this however I used “other methods” to test it and it’s causing some issues with BUddyboss.
“You are using an old theme and/or BuddyPress addon that relies on the older BuddyPress Legacy templates, and some things may not work properly. Consider switching to our BuddyBoss Theme and/or removing the BuddyPress addon that is using old methods.”

The theme uses the BuddyPress legacy templates, if you want to use BuddyBoss you would need to disable legacy support for the theme and use the default BuddyPress templates instead. So it’s possible but would require some changes which I can show you if you decide to purchase the theme.
With this theme (or if you have another to recommend), can it be configured so that users create a post and other users vote FOR or AGAINST what is published? Publicly showing the votes in favor and the votes against. And that these posts and their votes can be seen on the home page… can something like that be done?

Yes users can up (for) or down (against) vote a post and you can show the amount of votes for both on the single post.
You can only show the up votes (for) and order posts by the up votes when displaying them in a list such as on the homepage.

I’m interested in your theme. But there is something I wonder about before purchasing. In the membership system, does the system automatically collect the fee every month? If so, can I manually adjust the fee collection period? Actually, I want to ask this. I do not want to make memberships such as bronze, silver or platinum. I want to make 1 month, 2 month, 3 month memberships. Is your theme suitable for me to do this?

Yes the fee is collected automatically. You can change the price, period, membership names etc.
Please note the membership features are part of the Paid Membership Pro plugin. Not the theme.

Hi. I am interested in buying your Aardvark buddypress membership theme. However, I wanted to know 1). how specifically I can incorporate Woocommerce into your Buddypress theme so that individuals can also buy and check out items normally. 2). Additionally I wanted to know how exactly and if it is possible to make it so users have to pay a fee to have access to a membership website where videos and pictures are posted on a blog format? 3). I want to use Woocommerce payment plugin options on Buddypress to make people have to subscribe to see content on my site. Is that possible?

1) You would just install and activate WooCommerce like you would on any theme. There’s no issue with using it on a theme using BuddyPress also.
2) You can use the Paid Memberships Pro plugin (PMPro) which the theme is fully compatible with and add a number of additional features to the plugin. This plugin allows you to charge members to register an account and you can restrict access to posts, pages etc based on their membership level. Check out the plugin to see if it meets your needs.
3) PMPro has a free BuddyPress addon that allows you to restrict BP features unless a user has a certain membership level which you can charge for. You can use WooCommerce to handle the payment payment with PMPro with another free addon.

The theme supports Social login with the Super Socializer plugin.
You would also need to use plugins for all of these features. However I can’t recommend any because these features have not be tested with the theme.

2- Also, editing the profile settings, i want to remove the ‘Seeking’ and ‘Looking for’ and the Physical Section as well.
3- Also, as for the Developer Info how can it be change to the profession wanted and to also add custom fields into that section.
4- Is the profile page customisable?
5- Is there an admin dashboard that is able to enable and disable messages, friend requests, groups and etc.?

1) Developer is just the name of the heading, you can change this heading to whatever you want. 2 and 3) These are just examples in the demo. You can create your own BuddyPress profile fields from the backend of the site.
4) You can customize the profile fields.

7) If you’re wanting to use a local payment gateway with WooCommerce you would need to check with WC that your gateway is supported.

The shop is generated using the WooCommerce plugin, this is a free plugin not included with the theme. WooCommerce has multi vendor addons.
I have taken a closer look at this theme and have three more pre-sale questions…
1. Will I be able to utilize all of the theme’s main features? Specifically, will I be able to build an e-commerce store, an online school that functions like Udemy, and have different levels of membership all at the same time (meaning I don’t have to pick between them and use only one)?
2. Will I have the ability to create a service charge that is applied to every purchase, keep a running total of it, and then publish that number wherever I want to on the site?
3. Is there an API system in place where I can use Square POS checkout?

1) Yes you can use all the three at the same time. Remember these are not feature of the theme. E-commerce is from the WooCommerce plugin. When you say online school features are you referring to lessons and courses, if so this comes from the Sensei plugin. Memberships come with the Paid Membership Pro plugin. All plugins are free and can function together.
2) You would need to see if WooCommerce has this feature or if they provided a plugin addon that offers this.
3) Please note this is a theme that has been made fully compatible with WooCommerce default features. If you want to add additional features to WooCommerce I suggest Googling this. I did a quick Google and found this: https://woocommerce.com/products/square/

Hello, I stumbled across a small bug. When viewing a variable product while on the cart page, the data-title should show both parent and child title information. For example “Awesome Shirt (Parent) – Large (Child/Variable). The Aardvark theme seems to cut the variable information off. I wasn’t able to test this against your demo store, as I could not locate any variable products. But, switching to a default WP theme resolves the issue.

is there any way that Aardvark theme can be made to work with “WP Remote User Sync” plugin? I really like Aardvark theme, but the remote user plugin does not work when it is installed. I also have Youzify and Ultimate Membership Pro plugins, but the Remote User plugin seems to have no problem with those. Most likely something about how the theme redirects logins?? (WP Remote User Sync needs standard wordpress user login-pages and tables)

Is it possible to have a “Couples Profile” where the individual stats like age, hobbies, and interests are captured individually but still forms part of the total profile ?
