Double Wishbone
Inspired by Formula One racecar engineering, we were one of the first to adopt this suspension design in vehicles that weren’t always on a racetrack. Currently available on the TLX and MDX, the double wishbone suspension features superior dynamic characteristics that create almost instantaneous reaction to changes, resulting in impressive handling with every drive.
Super Handling All-Wheel Drive
Acura engineers set out to build a revolutionary all-wheel drive system that would strategically distribute power among the wheels for a performance gain that would surpass any other drive system out there. The resulting Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™ (SH-AWD®) is available in TLX, MDX and RDX.
