The torque-vectoring all-wheel drive system SH-AWD® that changed the industry is standard on the RDX and available on the MDX. RDX Engine
The RDX with SH-AWD is powered by a turbocharged 2.0L engine mated to a quick-shifting 10-speed automatic to make use of all 272-HP* effortlessly. Efficiently packaged into a stylish premium performance crossover, the RDX is engineered to lead the way every day.

MDX Engines
The MDX offers the proven 3.5L V-6, featuring the same engine block as the championship-winning Acura ARX-05 DPi racecar. For the pinnacle of Precision Crafted Performance, MDX Type S Advance delivers 355-HP* from its exclusive 3.0L Turbo V-6 developed by motorsport engineers.

Hands Free Cruise

Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low-Speed Follow
ACC helps reduce driver fatigue by maintaining a set speed and interval from the vehicle detected ahead. The low-speed feature will bring the vehicle to a complete stop if the detected vehicle slows to a stop.*
Road Departure Mitigation (RDM)
RDM alerts the driver to an unintentional departure from a detected lane or roadway. The feature is able to apply steering torque and braking to help keep the vehicle on the roadway.*
Blind Spot Information System
Standard blind spot information system monitors the rear and sides of your RDX or MDX to help you detect vehicles in the alert zone of adjacent lanes.*
Surround-View Camera

Drive Modes
Integrated Dynamics System (IDS) offers various driving modes that help keep the ZDX, RDX or MDX ready for most any condition, from a smoother ride with Comfort Mode to Snow Mode for added confidence when winter arrives. The MDX Type S Advance and ZDX Type S includes a mode for on-demand ground clearance for extreme on-road conditions, while Sport+ and Sport Modes maximize performance.
