We always had issues with our animals knocking out the cords with the regular outlet, with the purchase of this Multi Plug Outlet - Addtam Surge Protector Wall Mount with 12 Outlet Extender it has been a godsend. We are now able to plug in our tv without the worry of the cord protruding outward by plugging it in to one of the 3 outlets on the side of this 12 outlet surge protector. I really like that it also fits securely to the original outlet with a screw. So no worries about the mount falling off.
I would highly recommend this product it is reasonably priced, has plenty of extra outlets to fit our every need.

I purchased this for the living room wall mounted TV over the fireplace. I needed additional outlets for the Streaming Box and I didn't want a surge protector multy outlet box on top of the fireplace mantle. This works perfectly. Now there are no cords visible from behind the TV and I have outlets to spare. I am purchasing a second unit fie the bedroom for the phone chargers. It was an easy install. I didn't have to break the plastic piece off, or screw it into the outlet it's sturdy and secure. In fact the wifi router box is attached to it behind the TV no issues or worries of it falling down. It's rock solid.

I live in an older home where outlets can be sparse. I have a surge protector that is wall mounted in our kitchen but it only has 6 outlets and I actually need 7. I was tired of unplugging one item just to plug in another but I lived with it because all the wall mounted surge protectors I saw were either 3 or 6 outlets. I was browsing around Amazon one day and this popped up. Normally I'm creeped out whenever Amazon can read my mind, but in this case, I couldn't have been happier! A surge protector with 12, count them, 12 outlets! I didn't even know they existed! I liked the sleek design right away and wasted no time ordering it after reading some of the reviews. When the product arrived, it looked just as pictured. I plugged it in and everything fit easily with plenty of space. It's lightweight and you can mount with a screw to hold it in place but I haven't done that yet. Once I plugged in, it stayed put. No sliding out of the sockets. I'll still end up mounting it but wanted to test it out for a bit first. It has over-voltage, over current, overheating and short circuit protection. In one description it says it has overload protection but then is not mentioned in another description so I'd still be careful there. I'm currently usting this for household kitchen appliances like Kcup/coffee/espresso makers, eletric tea kettle and grinders, as well as my Alexa Show. It comes in fire resistant casing and includes 2 USB-A ports and 1 USB-C port. There is even a little area you can set your phone on while it's charging or, if you want to spend another buck and some change, you can purchase the surge protector that comes with a removable shelf. I've added another one to my wishlist for future purchases.

Love these!

I am a musician as well as a computer nerd. Therefore, I am in need of LOTS of plug-in spaces.

I had one from another brand, and noticed a lamp flickering and smelling plastic. I ordered the 1st of these I've bought, and threw the old one away to not risk electrical fire.

These work great. As a musician, and if you are a guitarist, you'll know if you have effects pedals, they all come with what we call "wall warts". Big bulky AC to DC converters to turn 120v AC to either 9v or 12v DC.

With most devices like this, one wall wart can cover 2 or more other outets. These are great as it has plugs on the front, and sides. As a bonus, if you need to charge your phone, you have USB ports too!

On a gig, I can make sure my cell phone is charged, so leaving to go home at 2am, I have a fully charged phone. Or in another use, I can plug a small goose neck USB light to illuminate my gear.

Since my first purchase, I have bought more. A few days ago my neighbor came over to visit and she asked me what was plugged in my wall. I showed her and sang its praises, and she whipped out her phone and ordered a couple after seeing all the outlets and USB ports.
