Carrie Fisher's out of this world Princess Leia dress, Christian Bale's Batpod bike and Daniel Radcliffe's Harry Potter outfit are among movie props set to fetch $12million at auction

A one-of-a-kind Princess Leia dress worn by Carrie Fisher in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope is set to be sold in an auction of film and TV memorabila in Los Angeles that is expected to fetch up to $12m.
Daniel Radcliffe's costume from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets will also feature, along with the Batpod bike from The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises.
More than 1,400 original items will go on sale at the three-day Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction, which has been organized by Propstore and will run from June 28 to 30.
It will be streamed live and there will also be in-person bidding at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, California.
Fisher's screen-and-photo matched ceremonial dress costume from George Lucas' first sci-fi epic is expected to sell for up to $2m.
The heavily-armed Batpod used by Christian Bale is also likely to fetch around the same price.
A full costume worn by Daniel Radcliffe in 2002's Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, including the character's famous glasses, is expected to go for up to $150,000.
Other items on sale include a light-up Star-Lord helmet worn by Chris Pratt in 2014's Guardian's Of The Galaxy, Brad Pitt's shield from Troy (2004) and Michael Keaton's Batsuit costume display from the 1989 Batman film.

The dress has been screen-matched to check its authenticity. It is a work from costume designer John Mollo, who won an Oscar for his work on Star Wars

Fisher was snapped by photographer David Steen for several publicity photos in the gown. The dress is made from a cream lightweight silk fabric and features a hidden zipper along its side, as well as hook-and-eye fasteners on the white shoulder
The ceremonial gown, which features a unique integral sleeve drapery and a lower-cut neckline, was also used as the basis for Leia's look in numerous Star Wars posters
