Driver sexually abused girl, 15, as he drove double-decker bus
A bus driver was spotted behind the wheel with a schoolgirl next to him and looking at a mobile phone.
Christopher McIntosh carried out sex acts on the 15-year-old as he drove his late-night route across Fife at up to 50mph.
But he was caught on CCTV from within the vehicle, which showed the pair squeezed into the cab together during the two-hour journey.

Dundee Sheriff Court was presented with a 16-minute excerpt that featured them using the phone while McIntosh was driving.
Fiscal depute Michael Robertson told the court that the 38-year-old would meet the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, when he was on the late-night service between St Andrews and Glenrothes.
She would join him in the cab when no other passengers were on board.
Mr Robertson said: ‘The Crown have libelled that the accused drove dangerously as a child was sitting in the driver’s seat alongside the accused, who had an arm round the child, and repeatedly looked at a mobile phone whilst driving.’
McIntosh, of Dundee, admitted engaging in sexual activity with a child during several journeys between March and April last year and was placed on the sex offenders’ register.
He was originally charged with dangerous driving but was found guilty of the lesser charge of careless driving.
Sheriff John Rafferty said the quality of the driving was unclear from the CCTV footage. Sentence was deferred for background reports and Mc-Intosh was granted bail.
It is understood that the bus driver was aware of the girl’s age because she had initially shown her child’s identity card to obtain free travel.
