A New Jersey children's magician was arrested on porn charges and angry parents have demanded that his politician ex-wife step down for allegedly knowing about it.
Scott Morley was the owner of Morley's Magic Theater in Butler, New Jersey, before being arrested on May 15.
The former magician was charged with having pictures of child sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police found the disturbing images on his computer and discovered a pair of girls' underwear inside his house.
Morley's estranged ex-wife, Britni Morley, is now facing demands from seven local parents who want her to step down from her positions on Butler's borough council.

She is being accused by the parents of knowing about her husband's alleged crimes, according to the New York Post.
Morley, 48, was known as 'Morley the Magician.' He worked at children's parties all over the tri-state area.
They also owned a magic shop, Morley's Magic Shop, from 2014 onwards - which offered after-school programs and workshops for magic and puppet-making.
The Morleys performed alongside their two young daughters as an 'act' until late last year.

An arrest affidavit claims that Morley told cops he had 'approximately 50 questionable images' on his phone, but several' more on other devices.
He disturbingly told cops he 'preferred the young ones.'
The affidavit also claims he allegedly admitted to using the underwear, which were first found by the witness and later seized during a search warrant at Morley's home, and the explicit images for self-gratification.
Morley also allegedly confessed to investigators that he had been gathering child pornography since 1996.
Scott and Britni separated in February and filed for divorce in March - just one month before an alleged witness came forward in April.
The witness, who was hired to paint the theater inside Morley's Magic Shop, completed the job in 2022.
However, at some point during the project - the worker found a bag containing the girls' underwear and several USB flash drives, according to an arrest affidavit.
The witness said Morley grabbed a hammer and destroyed the USB drives at the time - which Morley later admitted to during police questioning.
It is unclear why the witness took so long to come forward with the accusations.
Butler parents have accused Britni of knowing about her husband's alleged disturbing behavior.
The furious parents plan to speak out against Britni on June 18, Butler's next council meeting, and demand her resignation.
'My children attended the drop-off programs and we were deceived by Britni, who served our children up on a platter for Scott's fantasies,' another mom told The Post.
'I am disgusted, appalled, saddened, and angry. Only because of his wife did I trust them with my daughter and son.
Another parent expressed concern that Morley could even have pictures of her own children and others in the community.
'She is still sitting on the council, and she still has access to children,' the mom said. 'I am not sure why she hasn't been charged.'

'To find out about Scott and his sick secrets was gut wrenching,' mom Candida Santee said.
'I think many of us are just so distraught over Britni and Scott's actions and lack of empathy towards the families.'
Britni's divorce lawyer, Andrew DeLaney, said his client cooperated fully throughout the investigation.
'Any suggestions of wrongdoing on her part are baseless, disgusting, and ultimately destructive to the criminal justice process,' he said. 'We look to conclude the divorce so that my client can focus on raising her two children and providing for them financially and emotionally.'

Morley was released from custody without bail. He's prohibited from using the internet and is not allowed to have any contact with minors.
His attorney, Robert Bianchi, said his 'client maintains his innocence, and we're satisfied that the court saw fit to release him over the objections of the prosecutor.'
