A well-known Jewish family were kicked out of a shop in Vietnam after the owner said he 'doesn't welcome' people from Israel.
Dani Namdar and his wife Raizel, an Australian-Swedish couple who run the 'That Jewish Family' vlog, were visiting Train Street in Hanoi with their two young children when the owner started 'spewing hate'.
They were sitting at a table outside the shop when the 'pro-Palestine' owner started yelling them after noticing that Mendel, 3, was wearing a Kippah.
'Get out of my shop. Out! Don't sit there. My shop doesn't accept people from your country,' he told the family.
When Mr Namdar asked if his wife and kids were being kicked out because they are Jewish, the shop owner said, 'No, no, no. I don’t welcome'.
Mendel said the man told him that he should take his Kippah off, telling his mother, 'I want to keep it on... we keep it on even when we sleep'.
'That Jewish Family' shared footage of the incident on Instagram, racking up more than two million views in the past fortnight.
'This is not Germany in 1938. This is a "pro-Palestinian" shop owner in Vietnam yesterday,' the caption said.
'You say anti-Zionism is not anti-Jewish? We were casually chilling on the famous train tracks in Hanoi for a photoshoot when a "pro-Palestinian" shop owner started threatening our children once he saw Mendel's Kippah.'
The parents described the incident as 'really traumatic', saying it is difficult to explain antisemitism to such a small child.
'How do you explain to a three-year-old what he witnessed? That someone doesn’t like him because of the way he’s born,' the video caption continued.
'We had a lot of conversations together afterwards and it just made me so sad that a three-year-old had to experience cruelty.'
A second clip showed the owner giving the family the middle finger while saying 'Free Palestine' and 'We only welcome humans and animals'.
When Mr Namdar asked if he is considered 'human', he was met with silence.
At one stage the owner chucked as he told the family to be careful with their kids because 'Israel is sending bombs'.
'Be careful here. The baby is not safe. The bombs are automatic, they fly on the baby,' the owner said referencing the Israeli–Palestinian conflict.
Despite this, the family said Jewish people are not victims and that they will not let anyone tear away their pride.
'This is so important to share as we can’t turn a blind eye to reality. Anti-Zionism is antisemitism, period,' the caption read.
'I don’t care, try and say it’s not but my three year old being thrown out of the store for wearing a kippah - you can’t convince anyone otherwise.
'And saying that his store only welcomes humans, cats and dogs but not us, come on.'

But not everyone supported 'That Jewish Family', with many saying they would love to support that man's shop.
'Chill out. Not like your kids got blown to pieces after being told to evacuate to a safe place,' one person said.
'Thanks for the Awesome review. Will definitely visit the restaurant now! That dude is a hero,' a second person commented.
Meanwhile others described the shop owner's behaviour as 'absolutely disgusting'.
The family said this was the only anti-Semitic experience they had in Vietnam and that everyone else was very friendly.
'A comment on the previous post said something along the lines of "I am just going to focus on your boys response. Everything else is just noise" and we couldn’t resonate more,' the caption concluded.
'There might be so much hate, but our focus needs to be on love, because that is what is going to heal this world.'
