Shortly after, the first four cops at the scene are seen stalking the shooter, guns blazing.
They walk in methodically, illuminating the way with their flashlights as they cut through the crowd of panicked patrons.
Later, they are seen in the footage surrounding a wounded figure whose identity is never made clear. It could have been the killer in his final moments, or an injured innocent.
On Monday, mourners lined up at 2:20am to pay their respects on the precise moment the shooting had begun six months earlier.

Survivors, relatives and club employees lined up outside to reflect on the tragedy and its aftermath.
'We're going to keep fighting and we're going keep speaking up and speaking their names and we're never going to let them be forgotten here in Orlando and across the globe,' Pulse employee Charlotte Davis told NBC Miami.
'We are showing the world, our city Orlando is showing the world how to come together.'
Since the June massacre, dozens of people stop by each day to lay flowers, stuffed animals or candles outside the nightclub located south of downtown.

Last month, the city of Orlando announced plans to purchase Pulse for $2.25 million and convert it into a memorial.
But the deal fell through when owner Barbara Poma said in a statement that she can't walk away from the nightclub.
Poma said she plans to use the space to create a 'sanctuary of hope' and a welcoming area where people can reflect on those affected by the tragedy.
'I feel a personal obligation to ensure that a permanent space at Pulse be created so that all generations to come will remember those affected by, and taken on, June 12,' she said.
